NetScriper သည် 2004 ခုနှစ် April လတွင် စတင်ဖွဲ.စည်းခဲ့ပါသည်။ 2006 ခုနှစ်မှစ၍ England နိုင်ငံတွင် Project များ စတင်လက်ခံလာပြီး Client များစွာ ရရှိလာသောအခါ NetScriper အား Limited Company အဖြစ် အင်္ဂလန်နိုင်ငံတွင် Register လုပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ 2008 ခုနှစ်တွင် တချိန်တည်းမှာပင် NetScriper မှ Shwe Hosting (shwehosting.com) အမည်ဖြင့် Domain Registration နှင့် Web Hosting ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် စတင်ခဲ့ရာ ယခုအချိန်တွင် Web Hosting (Wholesales) ပင်မဒိုင် ဟုပင်ဆိုနိုင်ပြီဖြစ်ပါသည်။ 2012 တွင် NetScriper မှ AdInnwa (adinnwa.com) ဟူသော အမည်ဖြင့် Online Advertising Network တစ်ခု စတင်ခဲ့ရာ ယခုအချိန်တွင် မြန်မာ Website ပေါင်း 200 ကျော်သည် AdInnwa ၏ Publisher အဖြစ် ရပ်တည်နေပါသည်။ 2014 ခုနှစ်တွင် NetScriper မှ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ SME လုပ်ငန်းများအတွက် ဈေးနှုန်းချိုသာသော Web Design Package များ စတင်မိတ်ဆက်လာရာ ယခုအချိန်တွင် မြန်မာပြည်၏ Website ပေါင်း 1200 ကျော်အား ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးနေသော အကြီးဆုံး Web Design Company များထဲမှ တစ်ခုဖြစ်လာပါသည်။

Kyaw is the main founder of NetScriper and he is a Managing Director of NetScriper (UK) and NetScriper (Myanmar). He came up with the name 'NetScriper' during his very first commercial web project in 2004 (he was 19 year old at that time).
Thet is a Director of NetScriper and she is managing in domain and hosting business division. And also she is managing financial flows of NetScriper and all company accounts between NetScriper (Myanmar) and NetScriper (UK).
Tun joined NetScriper since 2010 and he done about 5 web design projects for NetScriper's main clients. He is very good in PHP/MySQL hand-coding and he can do customised plugins for CMS such as Drupal, WordPress and Magento.
Wai Phyo is the youngest member of NetScriper and he used to help NetScriper in volunteer basis since 2010. He recently graduated from Westminster University with BSc in Multimedia Computing degree and now he is working on the web video project for NetScriper's client - New Business magazines in central London.
